Franchise Information
1. Mutual Discovery
During this phase you learn about the Dermacare franchise opportunity. We learn about you, your background and your goals.
a.   You review our Web site and complete the Request for Consideration (RFC) form.
b.   We review your RFC and invite you to participate in an informal "webinar" (an Internet-based presentation and conference call). We may mutually elect to bypass this step and go directly to step c.
c.   You come to Phoenix, Arizona, for "Discovery Day." This will be your opportunity to meet our corporate management team, see our corporate headquarters, tour an existing high-volume clinic and receive your Uniform Franchise Offering Circular (UFOC).
d.   Apply for your desired exclusive franchise territory.

2. Awarding a Franchise
During this phase we conduct intense demo/psycho graphic studies to determine the boundaries of your exclusive territory and the optional potential clinic locations.
All legal and franchising issues are addressed in this phase, culminating with the acceptance and awarding of a franchise and execution of the franchise agreement.

3. Pre-Opening
In this phase, we assist you in every aspect of the pre-opening to insure success. Planning requirements for your clinic include; identifying site location, space planning and decoration, scheduling medical and management training, interviewing and hiring staff, equipment acquisition and planning of your Grand Opening Marketing Campaign.

4. Grand Opening
Our support team spends the entire grand opening week with you to insure a smooth and successful opening, getting you off on the right foot from day one.

5. Ongoing Analysis & Support
Daily, weekly and monthly analyses of key performance indicators identifies areas of strength and those that need improvement. This helps you recognize any weaknesses and to correct them in order to achieve maximum profitability.
