Dr. Barkley completed his undergraduate degree at Southern Illinois University, Carbondale with a Bachelor in Psychology. He graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine and completed a residency in Internal Medicine at Michigan State University. Dr. Barkley is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and is past-President of the American College Health Association. Dr. Barkley is also a member of the American College of Physician Executives. |

Dr. Timothy Bode
Dr. Bode and his partner, Johnathon Munoz, M.D., own the Regional Support Center for a region in Alabama and Northern Florida. Dr. Bode attended the University of California-Davis for his undergraduate B.S. degree and received his medical degree from Tulane University Medical School in 1994. Dr. Bode currently serves as the Medical Director of Hospitalist Services of Central Alabama. Previously he served as an Assistant professor of Family Medicine with the Montgomery Family Residency program and in the U.S. Air Force as a physician with the rank of Major. |

Dr. Jeffrey Epstein
As a Dermacare franchisee, Dr. Epstein and his team have introduced Dermacare to the New Jersey market and provides the wide range of skin care and laser treatments that each clinic provides.
Dr. Epstein has a private practice in Internal Medicine and was the Medical Director for AmeriHealth New Jersey. Dr. Epstein has been practicing medicine for 18 years. Dr. Epstein went into Internal Medicine so he could garner the broadest knowledge base in order to take advantage of different medical opportunities. Dr. Epstein resides in Moorestown, New Jersey, and is certified in Internal Medicine and Geriatrics. He is also a member of the American Medical Association and the American College of Physicians.
Dr. Epstein became interested in cosmetic dermatology after attending the Aesthetic Medical Conference in 2004. In his practice he had previously worked closely with both dermatologists and plastic surgeons to provide the best care for his patients that had skin cancer or other cosmetic problems. While conducting his due diligence, he found that the Dermacare business model not only included the safest treatments, but offered the best franchise system available. Dr. Goforth, medical director for Dermacare Laser and Skincare Clinics of Tulsa, earned his medical degree from the Kansas City College of Osteopathic Medicine. He has practiced family medicine in Tulsa, Oklahoma for over 30 years. Dr. Goforth is Board certified in General Practice and has held leadership positions at Tulsa Regional Medical Center (formerly Oklahoma Osteopathic Hospital) as well as Oklahoma osteopathic organizations. |

Dr. Daniel P. McDonald
Dr. Daniel P. McDonald grew up mostly in Florida and San Diego, California. He did his undergraduate work at San Diego State University. Graduating from medical school from the University of South Alabama, he also completed his residency there. He has been in private practice for almost eight years. He has grown his practice into one of the largest and most successful in a very short time period. He attributes his success to outstanding patient service and care.
Dr. McDonald is a board certified physician belonging to many prominent medical organizations such as the American Medical Association, Texas Medical Association, American Association of Minimally Invasive Surgery, Society of Laparoscopic Surgeons, and multiple aesthetic societies and organizations.
Dr. McDonald has been an integral part of the three hospitals for which he has privileges. From being Department Chairman for a number of years, to serving as Secretary of the general staff, to serving on state medical committees, Dr. McDonald has time and again demonstrated his commitment to patient health care.
Dr. McDonald serves as Medical Director for five of the Dallas based Dermacares. He decided to pursue the Directorship after extensive research into medical aesthetics aspect of patient care. He was impressed with Dermacare's emphasis on safety first (and their excellent safety record) as well as their emphasis on medical professionals performing the medical procedures to bring about excellent results.

Dr. David M. Minozzi
Dr. David Minozzi and his team are very proud to be awarded a Dermacare Laser & Skin Care clinic franchise in the Westchester, NY area. They are looking forward to introducing Dermacare to the greater Westchester area and are committed to helping Westchester men and women look their best.
Dr. Minozzi, has a private chiropractic clinic in his hometown of Ardsley, NY. After graduating from Pace University he attended chiropractic school and has been in practice for the last 7 years providing quality chiropractic care for his patients. MINOZZI CHIROPRACTIC CENTER is one of the few chiropractic clinics able to incorporate chiropractic into a health spa setting. He will apply the Dermacare model of quality and safety care to the Westchester clinic.
Dr. Minozzi has a BA degree from Pace University with minors in both Biochemistry and Human Anatomy. He received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from University of Bridgeport and holds post graduate fellowship in acupuncture. Dr. Abraham J. Sayegh
Dr. Abraham Sayegh was recently awarded the franchise rights to the Dermacare Laser & Skin Care Clinic located in North Scottsdale, Arizona. The clinic, currently scheduled to open in early December 2005, will be located in North Scottsdale along the prestigious Pima business corridor.
Dr. Sayegh was originally introduced to Dermacare by a colleague who is involved with the Chandler, Arizona, Dermacare Clinic. Impressed with the professionalism, technology and safety record of the company, he decided that he also wanted to be part of the positive effects that Dermacare treatments can provide to young and old to improve the look of their skin.
After opening a private practice in internal medicine in the Valley in 1989, Dr. Sayegh has continued to be very active with several medical committees and the community. Currently he is the proprietor and attending physician at North Valley Physicians Group which is affiliated with Paradise Valley Hospital. In addition, he serves as Medical Director for Hospice of Arizona, Chairman of the Department of Medicine at Paradise Valley Hospital and is the Medical Director for Ridgecrest Nursing Home. In addition, he is a Team Physician for the Harlem Globetrotters.
